Spokane Adventure
Spokane City Tour
Fifty years ago, Spokane, Washington was the smallest city ever to host a World’s Fair. That major event transformed the Silver Valley of North Idaho and Spokane, Washington. The fair was based on an environmental clean-up theme which radically changed the city from a wild west town to a vibrant metropolis that brought Spokane and North Idaho to commercial success.
Join us in traveling to Historic Browne’s Addition, where many mansions are located as a direct result of the mining entrepreneurs in the Silver Valley of North Idaho. Included in the tour is an adventure to the Museum of Arts and Culture where you will go back in time by visiting the historical Campbell House and enjoy the Expo '74 exhibition.
Continue on to the historic Riverfront Park, the site of Expo '74. Ride the 124-year-old historic Looff Carousel. End your adventure, at Arbor Crest a Florentine mansion atop a basalt mountain for lunch, wine, and tremendous photo opportunities.
